  2. Paint the wooden knobs brown and let dry.

  4. Tie a piece of twine around the wooden knob.
  5. Fill your pots with Halloween candy and enjoy!

Copper Striped Pumpkins

If you want to decorate for fall, you are probably going to need some pumpkins. Instead of having some of the same-old orange gourds hanging around, why not opt for these pretty white pumpkins and decorate them with copper stripes?

The copper accents will really add that special touch without taking much time at all. Check out this super easy DIY project below!

Materials Needed:

  • White mini pumpkins
  • Copper metallic tape
  • Scissors

  1. There really aren't a lot of steps involved with this one!
  2. All you have to do is decide where you would like tape to sit and cut it to size. It is easier to do this before you start sticking them to the pumpkin so make sure you pre-cut all your pieces before you begin.
  3. Peel the backing off the tape, carefully stick it to the pumpkin, smoothing the tape as you go. Repeat until you have your desired look!
  4. Make a few of them and create a centerpiece to have the prettiest table around this fall!

Rainbow Jello Easter Eggs

Painting Easter eggs has always been a family favorite. Only thing is you could never eat them after! Until now!

Instead of painting your traditional Easter egg, how about making a super colorful egg and then eating it! Layering your favorite jello flavors into an egg shape will change the way you celebrate Easter forever!

  • Plastic Easter Eggs
  • Drill
  • Hot glue gun
  • Syringe medicine dispenser

  • 3 oz boxes of JELL-O in red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple
  • 16 oz Cool Whip
  • 6 cups water, divided

  1. Use the drill to cut a hole in the top of your plastic Easter eggs. If your eggs have small holes in them, use the hot glue gun to cover those holes so liquid won’t leak out.
  2. Spray the inside of each plastic egg with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Heat 1 cup of water for 2 minutes in the microwave until boiling. Mix in 1 box of JELL-O — we started with purple and worked our way up. Once the JELL-O is dissolved, add 1/3 cup Cool Whip to a separate bowl and pour half of the JELL-O mixture onto it. Stir until creamy.
  4. Use the medical syringe to squirt the Cool Whip JELL-O into the bottom of your Easter eggs. Cool in the refrigerator for 30-45 minutes until the JELL-O has set.
  5. Now, add a layer of the purple JELL-O without the Cool Whip. Refrigerate for 30-45 minutes.
  6. Repeat the steps with all of the different colors of JELL-O: Blue, Green, Yellow, Orange, and Red.
  7. Once the JELL-O has set, carefully remove them from the plastic eggs. Serve cold and enjoy!

Materials Needed:

  • yarn
  • felt
  • pony beads
  • clear thread
  • hot glue
  • cotton balls
  • scissors

  1. Wrap yarn around all four fingers to create your body sized pom pom. Keep wrapping until you have a thick amount of yarn.
  2. Carefully slip the looped yarn off your fingers and cut a separate 5 inch piece of yarn. Slip it underneath the looped yarn and wrap it around to the front, tying it REALLY TIGHT.
  3. Slip your scissors through the loops and cut until it starts to form a pom pom. Then trim it up until the ends are all even looking.
  4. For the smaller pom pom (head), do the same process but use only three fingers to wrap the yarn around.
  5. Cut out some ear shapes out of gray felt and a smaller shape out of pink.
  6. Layer the pink on top of the gray and pinch the bottom. Glue the pinched portion together.
  7. Glue the ears to the head of the bunny along with the black beads for the eyes.
  8. For the whiskers, loop some clear thread through your pink pony bead and tie it. Snip the ends to shorten the whiskers, then glue the pink bead to the face.
  9. And finally, glue the head on to the body and a cotton ball on for a tail.
